Plusgrade, a leading provider of revenue solutions to the global airline industry, located in Midtown Manhattan, is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be responsible for supporting members of our executive team and day-to-day administrative functions and related tasks. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and thrive in a growing, fast paced environment. S/he will be passionate, creative and flourish in a challenging role that is extensive and dynamic.


  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule accordingly
  • Prepare and process expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Greet all clients, visitors and job applicants and notify appropriate personnel upon arrival
  • Assist with related administrated tasks such as filing, data entry, document scanning, and preparing meeting materials as needed
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and purchase items necessary for company parties, meetings and office events
  • Receive and sort daily mail deliveries
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • BA/BS required
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and Google apps
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • A strong desire to build, create and innovate processes
  • Patience, a sense of humor and an equal willingness to learn
